The coastal path west of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, are a series of stunningly coloured rock pools. The amazing array of greens, turquoise and blues contrast against the surrounding dark volcanic rocks. The rock pools are deep enough to bathe in due to the continual grinding of the large rocks in the basins they have created during the occasional Atlantic storms.
